We have freshly baked Cheesecake available daily in our minis, personal size, gluten free, keto friendly and we have whole cheesecakes in original flavor usually in stock daily. Chrisoula is a Pensacola native with Greek heritage. She grew up in the restaurant business with her family in Pensacola. Her father Spero Athanasios was chef/owner of The Angus Steak Ranch, Boy On A Dolphin and Cafe 22. Her career in hospitality started as a hostess at the Boy. She always loved to make desserts and Greek pastries since she was young. In 2003, her husband Tony asked for a homemade chocolate chip cheesecake with fresh strawberries for his birthday, and he loved it. She made cheesecakes for family during holidays and special occasions. In 2005, she started making them at her family's restaurant in downtown Pensacola, Cafe 22. It has been a hit in the Pensacola and surrounding areas ever since. She and her husband Tony opened the first storefront in April 2007 in Pensacola on Cervantes near Scenic Hwy and currently serve cheesecake and lunch at their downtown Pensacola location since November 2014. Tony is also a Pensacola native, he left his corporate management job with Grainger Industrial Supply after 19 years in 2014 to help manage and grow the business. Chrisoula has a very unique background, writings of the first cheesecake created was on the Greek island of Samos, Greece, where her father is from. She takes pride in creating the freshest and finest cheesecake, as it should be, Always! Chrisoula's has received many awards, high ratings and has been in many publications with her work.
